Being useful to other people is really what it´s all about. That goes for companies too. Jay Baer of , among other things, Convince and Convert and the Social Pro´s Podcast (and one of our favorite people to follow on all things concerning social media, why not get his newsletter “One Social Thing” – very useful!) has written a new book called “Youtility”. It is about marketing by being useful. Marketing with tools so good that people will want to pay for them. That´s a switch, right. Having people pay you for marketing to them :).
